Going green at Castle Murray House Hotel & Restaurant

We started our Poly-tunnel February of this year (2014) and now in full growth.

Our Herbs growing are “Chives, Parsley, Tarragon, Thyme, Rosemary, Purple Basil, Rocket, Oregano.  We have Mixed Oriental Leaves growing “Tat Soi, Pak Choi, & Mizuna”. Also Apple Mint & Chocolate Peppermint growing for our in house cocktails.

We have a large range of Edible Flowers which we use for garnish and our afternoon tea. Also popping their heads up at the minute is Greek Cress and Tomatoes.
